Lakshmi Srinivas

I am an educator, trainer of trainers, parenting coach and career counsellor with over 13 years of hands-on experience working with children, parents, teachers and schools across India.

My journey began in 2012 with an offline skill development centre in Bengaluru. Over the years, I worked extensively across urban, semi-urban and rural communities, which shaped my belief that learning must be practical, stress-free and meaningful.

In August 2020, I transitioned completely online, making my programs accessible to families and educators across India and internationally.

Today, I am the Founder of Churukuu Academy and Reachh Shubhodya. Churukuu Academy is incubated at IIM Visakhapatnam (IIMV-FIELD).
